I just had my first virtual visit. This was incredibly nerve wrecking for me before beginning. During the visit, I felt very comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was never pushed to discuss things that I was not ready to. My diagnosis and treatment were both explained very well. I look forward to continuing!
Ms Smith was friendly professional and reassuring. I enjoyed my session with her and I look forward to working with her more. I’m confident that I will see improvement with her being my care provider. She kept it real but relaxed 5/5 stars !
