MAT combines medication management, therapy, monitoring, and recovery support to help reduce cravings, withdrawal symptoms, and relapse risk.<\/p><p><strong>MAT services include:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Initial MAT\/Suboxone evaluation<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ongoing medication management<\/p><\/li><li><p>Required therapy engagement per treatment plan<\/p><\/li><li><p>Random urine drug screens<\/p><\/li><li><p>Relapse prevention planning<\/p><\/li><li><p>Coordination of care when needed<\/p><\/li><li><p>Referrals to higher level of care if clinically appropriate<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> MAT services are <strong>cash pay only<\/strong> at this time.
